"Primer vez que hago un reclamo con esta compañia y la experiencia no es positiva.Mi cobertura es $1K de deducible.Hubo un daño de inundacion por fuga de agua en el lavaplatos,se reporto el daño,la asesora llamo a una compañia de mitigacion que es el procedimiento inicial,al llegar a casa me mostraron un recibo electronico el cual debia firmar autorizando el trabajo y haciendome responsable del costo,antes de firmar llame a la asesora y me autorizo y aseguro que firmara con tranquilidad que eso lo pagaba el seguro.La compañia de restauracion envio el estimadopor $44k el seguro solo aprobo $26K incluyendo +$11K de mitigacion menos los $1K de deducible y me dicen busque quien le haga el arreglo por ese valor ($15k)State Farm envio solo +$6K para mitigacion y me enviaron a una compañia de cobro por +3K.le envio un mensaje a la asesora del seguro y me confirma que desafortunadamente tengo que pagar el balance.Asi que tengan este testimonio presente la cobertura que uno cree que tiene.Es mejor informarse y grabar lo que el asesor le ofrece."
